  • Over a decade of project and resource management on government contracts and institutional projects that had a significant impact on sales teams, faculty, staff and students.
  • Provided leadership on several large scale projects including the launch of a new sales CRM, new learning management system, web conferencing platform, virtual proctoring solution, and digital media studio.
  • Over a decade providing leadership in higher education and distance learning by working directly with instructional designers, subject matter experts and faculty to develop high-quality, universally-designed hybrid and online courses and training.
